A detailed map is handed to you at the entrance, allowing you to organize your day, witnessing animals, each tagged with facts about their origin and habitat. Perhaps the park’s primary allure is the extensive savanna, where you’ll find giraffes, zebras, bonteboks, and mouflons freely roaming, evoking a feel of their natural habitat. A sight to behold, indeed!

There is the ‘Museum Historisch Harenkarspel,’ brimming with antique agricultural tools, simulating the bygone era’s agricultural activities. The park is open all year from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets range from €7 to €15.50 for children and adults, offering a full day of fun and learning at an affordable price. Free parking is provided, and visitors in need of wheelchairs can avail them at no extra cost. Dogs, however, are not allowed.
