We normally don't list campsites, but this one is special because guests can participate on unique tours around a fully operational flower bulb nursery, (small) vineyard, and partcipate on beach expeditions (during the day and night!)

The campsite located behind North Holland farmhouse from the early 1900s, and the beach is a 15-minute walk away with a beach pavilion. The camping site is in the middle of the largest contiguous flower bulb area in the world. You can stay here with a tent, caravan, or camper. If you don't have any of these, there is also a glamping tent for rent.

Monique (owner) is an ambassador of the Wadden Sea and affiliated with the organization 'het Groene strand'. She regularly takes the guests on ‘beach expeditions’ and lets them experience nature on the beach. If the weather conditions are right, she also takes guests to the beach in the dark in search for the magical experience of "Zeevonk" (Sea Sparcle), where the bioluminescent sea will glow when it's disturbed by a wave breaking or a splash in the water at night.

Experience nature in an unforgetable manner

As flower bulb farmers, with their own vineyard and beehives, the owners are very close to nature and love to share their knowledge and let you experience its beauty and awe. They have 4 fields, each with its own experience, achieved by using natural materials that have a great attraction for birds, butterflies, etc.. See and experience the beauty of nature in a unique manner.

You can meet other guests in the recreation room ‘het Atelier’. Play table tennis, use the Wi-Fi and make things using various materials found on the beach.
